Dental Insurance
Benefit eligible employees may elect dental insurance coverage. Employees may choose between two types of dental plans:
Delta Dental of Arizona
Total Dental Care Administrators Health Plan, Inc.
When choosing a dental insurance plan, personal needs such as covered benefits, provider availability, and out-of-pocket expenses should be considered.
Employees residing outside the state of Arizona should choose the Delta Dental PPO plan. Total Dental only covers emergency care outside Arizona.
Premium Costs 2012
Currently the State of Arizona subsidizes the dental insurance monthly premium for employees. Below you will find a rate chart outlining the monthly premiums:
