Paycheck Distribution during Emergency Closure
In the unlikely event that the University is closed, as a result of an emergency, on a regularly scheduled payday, the following procedure will be followed:
Employees on Direct Deposit will have already received their pay directly into their accounts without a problem. Employees can view and print their pay stubs (current and past) on-line. Go to peoplesoft.nau.edu, log on using jan id and password, and follow the path: Home / HR Self Service / Employee / View / Paycheck. Sign up for direct deposit option now to minimize the inconvenience to you on such pay days.
Employees not on direct deposit
will receive their paychecks as they do normally through the mail.
