Performance Appraisal Training and Deadlines

The classified staff and service professional appraisal period ended on June 30, 2012. The due date for final supervisor appraisals to be turned in to Human Resources is Monday, October 1, 2012.

Several training topics may help employees and supervisors with the appraisal process:

  • Performance Appraisal Basics provides employees and supervisors an introduction to the appraisal process at NAU.
  • Writing and Delivering the Final Appraisal offers supervisors some guidance on writing the final appraisal for the 2011-2012 year and meeting with the employee about it.
