Key Considerations for 2012 Process

• Funding availability for the 2012 Workforce Planning process has not been determined.  Funding decisions will be made in December.
• Completed Position Description Questionnaires (PDQ’s) will be required for each reclassification request.  The completed form must be attached to the correct employee in the database. If requestors have difficulty with this process, please contact one of the following individuals for guidance.

• Random desk audits on reclassification requests will be completed by HR and in any situation where additional clarification may be required.
• The Workforce Planning database is open on August 27, 2012 and will close to requestors as of October 1, 2012. No further requests will be accepted after the database is closed. This is to allow for HR analysis, desk audits, campus equity review and VP review and approval process.
