Workforce Planning
Workforce Planning is a comprehensive approach to identifying job classification and employee compensation situations having strategic implications on the current and future operation of a department. For the 2012 planning process, requests for job reclassification, salary equity adjustments and market adjustments are permitted. Please note that funding availability for the 2012 process has not been determined. Funding decisions will be made in December.
A revised toolkit has been created and provides additional information on current planning timelines, definitions, analysis resources and contacts for successfully completing the request process. You may also access specific sections of the toolkit by using the links below. Even if you are familiar with the process, we encourage you to review these sections and the updated timeline and process steps.

Users who have been approved by their respective dean, director or department head to enter request(s) may access the database from August 27, 2012 until October 1, 2012. No further requests will be accepted after the database is closed. This is to allow for HR analysis, desk audits, campus equity review, and VP review and approval process.
The database is now closed; no further requests will be accepted.
