Human Resources has created a new Hire SMART! toolkit. This toolkit contains - in one place - all of the necessary information on hiring. The toolkit gives brief explanations for all of the items and links to more information available on our website. It is intended to be used throughout the entire hiring process and can be used as a checklist to keep you on track during your process.

 

Supervisors that have experience with hiring and documenting the process can continue to use the existing Hire SMART! checklist, but we encourage all supervisors to use the toolkit initially to become familiar with the changes.
