NAU does not subsidize the monthly premium for vision coverage. Below you will find a rate chart outlining the monthly cost to employees:
The BCBS PPO health insurance plan also has a vision benefit. (Details can be found on the Health page of our website.) Employees who have chosen the BCBS PPO plan may also choose to elect Avesis vision. The two benefits will coordinate, but employees should work with their vision care providers for the maximum benefit.
