Early Payday – Receive Your Pay On Time

Holidays are coming and NAU employees will be paid on Thursday, December 23, 2004 (one day early) due to the University holiday on December 24. To avoid having a paper paycheck mailed to you during the holidays, sign up for direct deposit. With direct deposit your money will be in your bank account on the morning of December 23.
Signing up is easy. Do it through PeopleSoft self service (log onto Louie and click on ‘Setup/Change Your Direct Deposit’ on the Faculty/Staff Services page) or fill in the form that is available at http://hr.nau.edu/m/images/stories/docs/autodep.pdf. If you use the paper form, be sure it is in the HR Department (Box 4113) no later than December 16. Self service setup on-line can be done through December 19. |
