The NAU Employee Assistance and Wellness office offers confidential clinical services at no charge to all benefit-eligible employees and their family members covered under an NAU health plan. The office is funded through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Arizona. Services are provided by a professional staff with over 60 years of collective experience in counseling and wellness.
Services provided include:
- Short-term counseling
- Biofeedback
- Conflict management
- Consultation
- Crisis intervention during the work day
- Information and referral
- Supervisor training
- Wellness workshops
- Wellness-at-work health screening and flu shot programs
