Medical 100 % payment of all medical expenses related to the injury
Compensation If an employee is off work eight calendar days or more as a result of an injury, the employee can receive payment based on average monthly wage, not to exceed the maximum as set by the legislature.
Permanent Disability If the injury results in permanent impairment, the worker may receive compensation based on a schedule set by law or based on loss of earning capacity.
Rehabilitation In specials cases, services such as counseling, vocational training and job placement are provided.
Death Benefits If the injury results in death, the injured worker's spouse and children are eligible to receive compensation.
