NAU is pleased to announce that there will be no rate increase to the BlueCross/BlueShield Plan for 2009-2010!

Benefits Open Enrollment will be held from Monday, August 10, 2009 to Monday, August 31, 2009. Open enrollment is your annual opportunity to make changes to certain benefits coverage.

This year the state of Arizona is requiring a mandatory open enrollment which means that everyone will need to re-enroll even if there are no changes to your benefits selection. In addition, all employees will be required to provide the Social Security numbers for dependents on their plans – a new requirement being implemented in Arizona.

As more is learned about the specific changes to the various benefit plans, employees will be notified through campus communications and mailings. In order to ensure you receive all information about open enrollment, please be sure your home address is updated. Log in to LOUIE and go to Self Service > Campus Personal Information > Addresses.
