ADOA Retiree Health Plan Rates

Updated October 9, 2009:  The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) has announced that the recently legislated definition of dependent will not be applied to the state insurance plans this year.

The current coverage for enrolled domestic partners, dependents of domestic partners, non-students 19-25, students age 23-25, and disabled dependent children 19 and above will remain in place from October 1, 2009 through September 30, 2010. 

The ADOA did indicate that the new definition will apply as of October 1, 2010.
